ALL YOU NEED IS STAIRS
Here is a simple workout you can do with 2 steps and the ground!
Start with 10-15 stair push-ups

Next is one minute of stair runs, quick feet up onto the first step and back to the ground

Next is triceps dips for 10-15 reps

Next, do 1 minute of burpees
(hands on first step, jump out into a plank the jump back in and add a vertical jump, repeat)



Now we move onto CORE
Start with 15-20 bicycle crunches each side

Drop feet down and do 15-20 regular crunches (leave lower back on ground)
Lift feet into air and do 15-20 toe touches
At last we finish with our front plank for 1-minute
Then our side plank 1-minute each side

Great Workout! See if you can get through it 2 or 3 times depending on your available time
